Location. Parking. Rooms clean and comfortable bed.
Absolutely appalling behaviour by staff . When we arrived, no room available, booking.com never transferred room details over. We were standing over 2 hours without a room. Pawned off from one receptionist. Another receptionist was the rudest person over ever come across in the hospitality sector. Shouted NO! Your not staying here!with no explanation or help in obtaining somewhere else. We were supposed to be somewhere at 5pm, but we didnt get a room till 4:30 and so we were late No compensation or credit for dinner or late check out offered. it was horrendous.

I like the room it was spacious and clean and away from the noise of the main hotel But what really made the Maldron Tallaght stand out was the fabulous Staff they were excellent and the one of the main reasons I am booking to stay there again soon. They all deserve a pay increases.
It went way too quickly TV reception could be improved but that's all.

Location and staff were great.
The elevator not working, the room keys not working then having to take the stairs, room keys did not work at least 10 times during our one night stay. Water was boiling when bathing my children before bed but was freezing the next day when I had a shower.

Comfy beds and very clean facilities. Rooms were really big and spacious.
I asked for two prosecco for the toast at a wedding. Never recieved them. Went to another table I was told. Staff were a little rude but ok. Drinks were waay too over priced for service. I ordered a prosecco after mine went missing and was told more had to be brought up, waited ten mins at the bar to be told there was no more. The manager poured the missing prosecco from another prosecco glass to make up at same level. Then charged me for them. Cant remember price off hand but it was very expensive for location and lack of propper service. Food was ok. Vol u vents were a little dry but nice. Very slow service all night at the bar at Sinead & Waynnes Wedding, but thst did'nt ruin our night. Lifts broke entire time so spent most of the night trapcing up and down 5 stories. Stopped on ever floor everytime regardless if people there or not too which made it worse. Not staffs fault, tech error that needs to be fixed.
