Location
I upgraded, but seemed like a basic enough room. There was an awful smell coming from my he sink in the bath. For what I paid the stay wasn’t worth it

Staff were all very nice. Pool and sauna were good. Breakfast was very good! Bed was cosy. Good location with a few nice resturants nearby - there's an excellent sit in Indian resturant nearby with excellent prices. Very near the Luas to go central if you need to. Great shopping center nearby too but lots of great clothes shops.
The bar is very expensive - 10 to 14 euro for a glass of wine. I was there for 5 nights and the room got a very basic clean each day (not cleaned at all one day). By the day I was leaving the place was very dusty. No coffee machine in room.

Disappointing
The location is great and the car parking is easy. The staff on reception are lovely and helpful.
I’ve stayed here 3 times previously and this time I checked out early and went to a different hotel down the road.
The hotel has gone really downhill - it wasn’t clean, the shower had no pressure, there is no heating in the room other than the radiator which is dictated by when the hotel turns the heating on and off so my little boy and I were freezing all night. I asked for an extra duvet and that took hours to come after several calls to reception. When we arrived, the balcony door was left unlocked and open on the top floor (the balconies are not available for use) and it was my 2 year old that discovered it.
We ate in the restaurant for lunch (we were 1 of 2 people in there) and the staff got our order wrong and the Fanta had black bits in it. Generally just not a good stay at all, which is a shame and I definitely won’t be returning again.

Fantastic rooms. 139e for the night of a Friday in Dublin was amazing. Super friendly staff. Place absolutely spotless clean. Really good. Right by tallagh village perfect location. Will be back for sure. Amazing gym also!!

Great hotel - with secure underground parking. Place was really clean and tidy, staff were all friendly and welcoming.
I checked in at around 9pm after a day riding my motorbike and took the opportunity to soak in the bath but the hot water was luke warm at best.
Show in the morning was good though.
Bar closed at 10.30pm on a Saturday night.
Bed was super comfy, very happy with the room overall.
The breakfast was self service and really good. With a very spacious eating area.
Absolutely would stay there again without hesitation .

The room and décor is dated and in need of refreshing, but clean. Breakfast has a good option but food left under hot plate unattended.
Went to my room on the first night and there was a male passed out in the hall way outside my door. Had urinated himself and was smoking in the corridor. Night staff came up to the floor and removed him.
Had a meal with my 2 colleagues in the restaurant. Staff gave my main course to another table by mistake and my meal had to be prepared again. My 2 colleagues had finished their main course and desert by the time my main course came out. they then had to wait for me to eat. Server acknowledged the mistake and provided me a complimentary drink. Still didn't make up for it.

I do not like the fact that ye change 1.50 euro for a dash of lemonade.
Shame on ye
You are required by Irish law to display drink prices in the bar and the must be readable by the customers.
The Irish regulations specifically state that all public bars are required to display the drink prices.
