The room was spacious and well heated. I also always appreciate a kettle in the room. Friendly and helpful staff. You can have an egg (boiled or fried) with the continental breakfast.
The shower was broken when I arrived (only scalding water available), but it got fixed the next day. Earlier start for breakfast would be useful (I had to be somewhere else shortly after 8 am).

The room was quite small however it did not pose a single problem. The employees were very polite and kind. We had everything we needed and even the distance to the city centre is walkable but you can always take the bus. Nearby is a grocery store, drugstore and even restaurants. Would definitely come back.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was perfectly heated, fluffy towels, hot and powerful shower, bed linen crisp and pillows perfect. The Irish breakfast was also fab!
It is an old house, so dont expect brand new carpets in the corridors, which I didnt mind; but the room carpets are Immaculate

The location was convenient and in a beautiful residential part of Dublin which felt VERY safe. Very easy busses to downtown and reasonable traffic going further out if you are driving. Free parking was a bonus and the one full irish breakfast that I had was very good and 13 Euros... totally reasonable.
My room faced the front of the building and the window didn't close securely (it is over 100 years old) so there was some light noise from the outside. My only really complaint is that the carpeting hadn't been vacuumed well and it was pretty dirty.
