The location was great and within walking distance to the city center. It was also in a nice and quiet neighborhood.
The room was a bit cold (end of Oct) but not necessarily a big issue. Rather pricy.

It's a very pleasant classic, older house, which once inside is like walking into someone's home. Great keyless access to the building (card-key for room), it's spotlessly clean and generally very comfortable. Great soap, towels, bedding, coffee machine and all that. For me it was a good location within walking distance of a convention I was attending at the Royal Dublin Society.
To be fair, I'm not a regular in Dublin, I thought the pricing was a cut above what I would have expected...and for me would have been great to have a breakfast option on-premise.

Beautiful building, rooms very pretty and clean. Bed is extremely comfortabel.
I would have liked there to be some plates and cutlery available on the premises. The bathroom was really slippery. Some anti slip floormatt would be nice.
