Amazing! An absolute gem of a place tucked away in the perfect location, just a two minute stroll from both Baggot Street and St. Stephens Green. The bus stops right outside, too.
The studio was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and packed with everything that I needed. The staff were friendly and accommodating. I will most definitely be back.

We liked the location and the friendliness of the staff especially the receptionist on 29 May for recommending House for breakfast! Very much appreciated ! Genuine lady and very helpful. The receptionist on 27 May was very calm and professional when I had no glasses, was very tired and could not understand why Booking.com had given us the incorrect PIN ! The receptionist on the 28th May was a lovely happy person and still cheerful at the end of the day at 9pm. They made us very welcome and were very easy to talk to and local knowledge was very much valued . The apartment was clean with comfy bed and it was good to have an outside private area to sit at night after exploring.

There was a very loud party outside on our second night, that made sleep impossible, even with earplugs. Not the fault of the hotel though.

Friendly hosts who accommodated our bags and allowed us to use the foyer while my husband had to log in to work. Also free tea and coffee in the foyer.

Location was great, staff were friendly. The room was comfortable and the main appliances included.
Unfortunately the dishes weren't clean upon arrival and the cleanliness of the floors could have been improved. No sharp knives or cooking utensils such as tongs and spatula.

Good location, friendly and helpful staff,
Baffling oven that even the staff didn't know how to work. Deafening sound of pipes whenever water was used. Turn the tap on for a glass of water in the night and it feels like the whole house shakes!
