Lovely welcoming hotel in great location for us as not far from port. A welcome upgrade gave us lots of space to dry out after our only very wet day motorbiking. Very comfortable bed. Great dining facilities on site so we didn’t have to brave the rain again.

Room and bed sizes are significantly smaller than advertised and not as photographed and described on the hotel website and third parties. When I raised the issue with the hotel it was not resolved during a 2 night stay. Hotel guests are scammed by photographs and room descriptions of this hotel on their website and that of third parties, room and bed sizes are not as advertised.

The location and it was very clean and comfortable
Did not know about the deposit before we arrived it was no problem but maybe send an email or ring to let people know they will need to bring extra money

Beautiful, warm decor, lots of stylish seating areas, friendly, helpful staff. Pretty, quiet area, perfectly located for a 15 min taxi or Dart journey into the city
