Lovely staff. 24 hour reception. Very central location but no issues with noise at night. Apartment had everything we needed for our stay so we didnt need to buy anything extra
Tv wasnt great. Most channels not working. No option to stream etc

This was an ideal place to stay for our family of 4. The layout and bedrooms are perfect while having a nice place to cook and stay in. The location is also stellar and allowed us to see all of the major Dublin sites on foot. I couldnt recommend it more!

What a find! The reception staff here were all truly amazing- exceptionally friendly, helpful and considerate. They went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Rooms were great also!

I would summarize Staycity as a hostel for adults. The apartment was fairly clean, but could've been much cleaner. The room was well appointed, but beware that every room in the building only has one bathroom. When I rented a two bedroom apartment with "private" bathrooms I was expecting two. So, sharing one bathroom with the other couple we were traveling with was not ideal. The location of this apartment, right across from Christchurch was great as everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. Staycity's paid parking lot was also only a few blocks away.
It could've been cleaner and I was expecting two bathrooms, not one.

Location and apartment were amazing!
Do not expect to wash clothes. It's a tiny all-in-one that washes fine but never dries. We ended up spending 80 euros at a laundry down the street.

When we arrived we were told we got an upgrade which was amazing. Staff member at reception was very friendly and efficient. Apartment was fabulous and the facilities were great.

I booked 2 double beds from the Booking.com website however, when we checked the apartment, we realised that one of the rooms had 2 single beds instead of a double bed. Basically, this is a conflict between booking.com system and hotel system. Furthermore, the people who were checking in had the same problem. This needs sorting.

I am still waiting for someone to sort out my over payment issues this has been going on since 5th May and I have sent over my credit card statements numerous times and still no reply or nobody is taking responsibility to get this sorted.
