My only criticism is that the coffee machine used to always be free for guests, and now we have to pay.

Wonderful
Good location easy access to public transport and places of interest . Comfortable beds and rooms and the hotel is Eco aware (ie towels cleaning etc)
Great value hotel and breakfast with good choices and lovely friendly helpful staff in all areas.
Nothing to dislike at all . However if you are a light sleeper ( I’m not ) you should ask for a room not overlooking the Main Street as the music venues do keep going till late and it’s loud . The hotel does provide ear plugs and double glazing which helps .

Wonderful
A delicious breakfast was included. Martin, on the front of house, was a fantastic guy and incredibly helpful for local tips and transport to the airport. An real asset on the staff.
The single room was very tiny and felt constricted in my movements

Inadequate lighting in the 'underground' Reception area
Very slow elevators
Overpriced ...

Location is great, the smell when you enter the hotel is beautiful. The staff are really friendly. This is my second time staying here and would stay again if I come to Dublin.

Very clean and fun location.
Didn't anticipate how loud the sound was from the street until at least 1 am. If you plan to stay out late.. go for it. Nice place
