Lovely gem in heart of city. Staff were all extremely helpful and smiling all the time. Outdoor pool was also a great addition. Rooms stylishly designed. Great value for money

The noise from the nightclub every night was absolutely ridiculous and miserable.

The hotel is excellently located, just a 10-minute walk to the city centre and only 2 minutes to the airport shuttle bus. As we were familiar with the area, the staff kindly accommodated our request to stay in the quieter Townhouse building. We also loved the hotel's stylish décor, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
No toilet brush in the bathroom.

Big bathroom, however was dirty i.e. under sink, bin, surfaces. Nice coffee machine.
Room was extremely loud from the nightclub next door.Had asked for a quiet room i.e. on the other side. Shower was leaking. Cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Have stayed many times before, and was disappointed by the experience. Room was smaller than other super rooms. Bathroom was dirty. Have stayed in a few dean hotels and it wasn’t good

Two separate buildings have to walk on the street to the other building to get to pool… no hotel robes. No room service other than pizza … no room service of drinks. Tiny rooms and so expensive for what I have paid . Rude and unhelpful staff.

I loved the fact that my 3 children and I could stay in the same suite, the rooftop restauraunt was excellent, lovely pizzas for the children,the staff were attentive.

Dave checked us in he was just excellent. So accommodating and helpful we were so at our ease the minute we arrived. We loved the pool & the sauna and the water machine to refill our bottles and the nice cool face clothes for the sauna.

The pool was the perfect temperature.
The room was quite small but it was comfortable with heated floor in the bathroom and it was really quiet.
