Location was convenient for our purpose.
Our room had old single pain windows making room cold. If you shut the heavy drapes (which helped), they covered the heaters. Breakfast was not worth the price.

The bar and the oldie world style. The room was warm (a little too warm) and the bed was comfortable
The breakfast could be a bit better especially the bacon and the pudding is very salty. I know hotels try to keep costs down but don't buy the cheapest food.
The bathroom could be cleaner. I don't mean everyday cleaning, I mean the grouting of the tiles in parts was black & mouldy looking. Maybe have someone go through all the bathrooms and tidy them up. It gives a bad overall impression

I found the hotel to be way overpriced for the quality of the room and location of the hotel. It is very misleading because this is not a Hotel Spa
The bathroom was very very small and if you have any extra weight on your hips you will not fit on the toilet. The lobby was okay but we did not find the front office people very friendly, not rude, but not welcoming.

The property is beautiful, everything is clean and maintained very well. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, always greeting you with kindness. The room was very spacious, enough for a queen bed for me and my husband and two twin beds for our children. And still plenty of space to move around. We enjoyed the multiple spaces to eat for breakfast lunch and dinner and the food was very delicious.
There was some confusion regarding breakfast pricing and what you could/could not have. And the two staff members in the restaurant were very rude after we questioned the pricing. We are pretty sure they served us burnt coffee on purpose because the coffee never tasted bad on the other days. It was disappointing and irritating but the other staff was very friendly.

The kitchen staff were supper friendly and the food was good. Some of the front desk staff were very helpful. The bus stop was right in front of the hotel; though the hill was steep I managed and it was easier than expected to get there from the airport. It was walking distance to a nice trail and park.
I wasn't a fan of the size of the bathrooms, I couldn't use the bathroom without banging my shoulder - I imagined something advertised as a spa would have more spa like bathrooms. The shower had hair on the walls so I had to do a bit of cleaning. It also looks like the sheets weren't changed, the bed was just re-made. The heater didn't work in the room, but they did send up a separate radiator. In an already small room it took up a lot of space and was kinda dangerous because it was super hot. . Maybe I didn't read the fine print but those were the things I noticed. For being in such a small town and isolated place I think complimentary breakfast should be included with that price.

Close to bus, very helpful front desk and bar staff, comfortable bed, nice cotton sheets, clean environment.
We didn't know there was a menu option for breakfast until our last night, so feel we missed an exceptional breakfast each day. Manager was receptive and apologetic, but unfortunately still our disappointment. Some things, like the shower, show signs of age and need attention.

Location to travel into Dublin is good, there is a bus stop very close. The hotel itself is a historical building with nice decor and lots of character, offering a lovely backdrop for fancy events.
Room for 3 was manageable but on the small side. What was super tiny was the bathroom with hardly any room to move around and the toilet wedged in-between the shower and the sink. I am petite but someone taller or larger than me would have felt rather claustrophobic. Water pressure was very low, likely because we were on the top floor.

The outside and lobby were nice but the rooms did not match the elegance. Felt like I was sleeping in a dorm and don’t get me started on the bathrooms.

The staff was exceptional - from the front desk to the restaurant/bar to the breakfast attendants! Very attentive! The property was really unique and had lots of character. We loved the restaurant/bar!
The rooms were a bit dated and the freeway noise was a little loud (but being off the freeway made the property easy to find).

This was all smoke and mirrors online. Nothing Spa about this place. The staff act irritated you are there. No customer service.
