Central location to everywhere we wanted to visit . Staff friendly and approachable .
Room on the first floor was very noisy , constantly heard doors close as people headed for the lift . Bed was incredibly firm . Bath was weirdly positioned and was difficult to get out of same with the loo itself , metal toilet roll holder or the oversized sink restricted movement.

Great location, beautiful rooms and a lovely bar. Staff were great. Did end up having to wait an extra hour to check in but was compensated with some free drinks at the bar. And got a late check out too because of it.

The staff were lovely and the bar area was lovely. Unfortunate they had no business centre to work in and also the bedding was this so it was not quite the fluffy comfort expected of that standard of hotel. Breakfast was also a bit disappointing.

Breakfast was good although you could improve with the fresh cut fruit platter more variety needed. Friendly staff, helpful with my bags keeping them safe until I was ready to go to the airport.

Charged €100 on check in for “any potential damages”. Never received the credit back into my account afterwards despite contacting them twice. Told that it was gone their end and to contact my bank. Still outstanding.

The property was great. Would stay again. We noted there was construction going on outside the building, but there was no noise. Staff were fantastic and the room was comfortable. The location was perfect.
