Staff were slow , waited a long time to be served in the bar and it wasn?t busy, shower soaked the bathroom (left facing out could be avoided)

The location is amazing.
The front desk person, I asked since I am only staying for one night if he can give me a room with river view, he gave me disability room with no view(blocked view) and no tub. I had to go downstairs and talk to another associate and she gave better room.

From the minute we arrive, the staff always make us feel so welcome. The hotel rooms, the restaurant, bar and general hotel atmosphere are always amazing.

The rates of rooms are moving pending on the day you book, which means that a group of persons with an individual booking for the same slot of stay may pay a different rate for the same service, sometimes including breakfast, sometimes not.
In this way, to my mind, there is a lack of clarity.
