Pool and spa area were nice, location was decent for coty centre and 3arena, decor and spaces around reception were quirky and cool.
Pool and spa area is lovely, not sure it's worth €25 pp though! Room was fine but dated, bed comfortable, no kettle in the room and no full length mirror. We had a leak coming from the ceiling close to the air-conditioning unit in our room. Bit of a smell. Noisy floorboards.

We were offered a free upgread to a club level room. Which gave us a free access to the 7th floor club lounge with some snacks and coffe and a great view to the city.

The spa services were something you had to book/pay for separately. Quite difficult when you're there for 2 days or less.

Very central everything around you
Too much chlorine in the water in the spa, and a bit disappointing you only get to use it once, we tried to use it early the next morning before check out and couldn’t for €30 per person you should be able to use it during your stay before check out.

Great service, cool decor with a nice feel to it. Breakfast was very tasty and beds were SO comfortable!
The train passed right outside our room - bad luck I guess but it was so loud until 11/12 at night and again from 6/7am
