Friendly staff, lovely hotel, breakfast good, location great
A bit disappointed with the spa. The pool area was great but the changing rooms were of poor standard . There were no padlocks on the lockers in the changing rooms, the shower doors wouldn’t close properly, it wasn’t overly clean, the toilet wouldn’t flush. I felt for the standard of the hotel , the leisure facilities let it down.

It was a very nice experience, the staff was very friendly and available. The room was very beautiful and spacious. The breakfast is large and, unfortunately, we did not have time to use the SPA. I absolutely suggest this hotel

Loved the spa area, helpful staff and the room was decent.
Maybe a bit too far to walk to the Temple Bar area when it is freezing, but Ubers/taxis are an option :)

The staff were lovely and the hotel was beautiful and spotless
The heating in our room didn’t work I was freezing all night until I rang and they brought up a plug in heater, I woke up very sick runny nose watery eyes and a cough
