Location was perfect and they have a great cocktail bar
1 of the reception staff made us wait at the counter while another member of staff checked the room when checking out. Was made feel like dirt. At the same time another guest came to the same member of staff to check out and wasn't asked to wait and the staff member couldn't be nicer to her. Complete disrespect shown to me.

Walked to a toilet with urine obviously wasnt cleaned. Room was boiling tried turning the air conditioning on but only hot air was coming from it no sleep till 5am and checked out at 1pm

The staff at hotel reception were lovely but that was about it really
Room was superior with balcony but balcony looked into a building site which started making digger/ hammer drill noise at 6-50 in the morning. Toilet made grinding noises for approximately 15 seconds every time it was flushed. Had evening meal in the restaurant first couple there but still had to wait over 35 minutes for our food to arrive.Booked in for breakfast but most cooked items were stone cold. Very dissatisfied with my stay and definitely not worth 286 for one night. Should have been advised before stay about the building work.

Rooms and location were very good for my purpose- good shower and comfortable bed.
Building works started at 7am outside my room and that was the end of the lie in I was looking forward to. At 330 euro per night the room wasnt cheap and the noise ruined my experience- think I should have been advised on check in and offered a different room that was not beside the building site next door.
