I made a reservation approximately 2 months before, I sent a message the same day saying that I wanted exactly what I reserved as it was in the photo, everything was confirmed that it would be exactly as I booked. My reservation was bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom. When I got there it was a room with a bathroom and even though I showed my reservation, the photos of the reservation nothing could be done. I had to pay one night and the rest was refunded. But how can you pay for something you didn't buy? I don't have words to explain this.

Room was newly renovated since we stayed here last year. Very clean & lovely reception staff who were very helpful
The only complaints was that hotel was very loud. We were on the top floor and could hear staff at 7:30 am and also they started cleaning the room next door to us at 9am. The walls are very thin and we could hear their conversations, hoovering and banging. I haven't experienced this issue in other hotels in Dublin.

The room is small, but it is gorgeous, its warm and cosy, very clean, tea and coffee facility in the room, good quality toiletries and super comfy beds. The staff were very smiling and welcoming. Plenty of bars, pubs and restaurants nearby. Well done guys!
