Location was very central with good public transport connectivity
- Uncomfy beds
- Pathetic housekeeping (we stayed for 3 nights and requested housekeeping after the second night and the floor wasn't vaccumed, bedsheets and duvet covers not changed and toiletries not replenished)
- Uncooperative front of office staff when requested check-out at 12 instead of 11am due to an urgent work meeting.
- No air-conditioning (there is a table fan in the room though)

Great quiet & safe location, room had all the basics. Staff were friendly. Close to pubs and restaurants on Baggot St and bus stop right outside.
Room was separate to the main house accessed via a courtyard - this should be flagged when booking as I wasnt overly comfortable with it as a solo female guest.
Strong smell of bleach in the bathroom.
My room needed general maintenance- loose tiles in shower, shower head fixture was loose so shower head wouldnt stay pointing straight, the net curtain pole fell down when I tried to adjust it.
Overall not up to standard for the price I paid.

Great location, safe, quiet, about a 15 min walk to St. Stephens Green. Several restaurant options nearby. The rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfy. Nice extras like a fan in the room and converters available at the front desk. Excellent water pressure in the shower.
Nothing, all as expected. The only issue we had was a tricky door lock.

Definitely a quaint town house. Close to a few bars but it was about a 25 minute walk to the main center. It was a very safe, quiet neighborhood. Easy check-in and check out process and is flexible with your schedule.
The rooms were quite small but really we didn't spend much time in there. As long as you don't have loud people in the rooms next to you, it is fairly quiet.

My room was surprisingly small but had everything I needed. The bed was comfortable and I received a bottle of water and coffee the next morning. The staff did a great job getting me an Uber (Free Co.) to the airport the next morning. My room was very close to the front door, which made it easy to move my luggage to the outside step. Crucial - I was able to check in very late, at 1:30 a.m.
I couldn't get the tiny shower to turn on so had to wash in the sink. There was a space in front of my door wide and deep enough for my key to slip into as I was wiggling it into the very loose keyhole.

Good location in a nice area of Dublin, not too far from town. The place is a big house turned into a hotel, very typical of Dublin. The room is small, bathroom smaller, but comfortable enough for one person.

I literally arrived and slept in the room - which was clean. I then showered the following morning and left without having breakfast - the bathroom was also clean to a good standard. So, no complaints but limited actual time spent in the hotel or experiencing the facilities.

Clean and location itself, very convenient. Both ladies in the reception were both nice and you can sense sincerity.
Experienced noise early morning as the guest 1 floor above were going back & forth and no sense of time!
Also if you could put a bottle of water please in the room ready for your guest when they come in like a welcome drink.
