Leisure for the family 10/10, good food, service. There were some issues with the room but it was solved with a management pretty fast
Pay attention that it’s not so good idea to take a room on the upper floor if you have a stroller

Informed the hotel I have a daughter with special needs in January (3 months prior to the trip) and requested a bath. They told me it was possible only to arrive and there were no rooms with a bath. They said we could stay at another hotel and use the facilities which also wasn’t feasible. This needs to be considered in the same light as any physical or visible disability. My daughter has autism and evenings were horrific

By far the best hotel experience I’ve ever had in israel, the food was 10/10 the staff were 10/10 the facilities 10/10 i honestly couldn’t have asked for a better family vacation, we loved it so much we begged for an extra night and didn’t mind the extra cost. We will definitely be coming back here more!

We were so happy with the hotel itself but we went in the winter when the pool was closed. The food was great and you can have ice cream and coffees throughout the day. My daughter loved the show at night! The rooms were very clean and comfortable and nice balcony.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an overall wonderful experience! The staff was absolutely amazing—friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. The food was excellent, with a great variety of delicious options to choose from.
The swimming pools were fantastic, clean, and well-maintained, offering a perfect spot to relax. I also enjoyed the park, which was a beautiful and peaceful addition to the property. The room service was top-notch, and I was impressed with how super clean the rooms were.
There are just a couple of areas for improvement. First, I think the noise cancellation from the outside door could be improved, as I occasionally heard noise from the outside. Also, changing the lighting in the rooms from yellow to white could make the ambiance feel brighter and more modern.

Hotel was clean, staff was very respectful there.
Maybe improve the noise cancellation from doors to the outside.
In addition to small adivce, replace the yellow lights in the rooms with white, its annoying.

The rooms were clean, waterpark very nice the kids had a good time. The facilities were clean.
The food was mediocre (we took the all inclusive option). My son's allergies to nuts was overlooked and we got minimal help from staff. All the facilities closed really early waterpark at 16 the swimming pool at 17.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The water park was a huge hit with the kids, providing endless fun. The food was delicious and offered a wide variety of options, so everyone found something they loved. The hotel's location is perfect—just a short drive from Eilat, which made it easy for us to pop into the city a few times during our stay. What really stood out was the exceptional staff. They were incredibly attentive, reaching out to ensure we had everything we needed, even before we arrived. Highly recommended for families!

Food, service, facilities in general. Waterpark is ok for little kids.... Even in the morning when its quite empty you wait 15 min for one ride. If theres people u wait much, much longer ......
