Good location and good size for a family
Next to construction site (although it was quiet during our stay), the doors were outdated and no hot water 24/7. Had to plan our next shower time ahead of time and turn on the water heater 40 minutes before use (and sometimes this was not enough). The windows were not sealed properly and during rain our apartment was flooded with water next to the windows.

Location was key, so near the beach and water along with amenities like food, juices, relaxation, and shopping!
The street is under construction so getting dropped off by taxi was a challenge!

Excellent location. A 5 minute walk to the beach and to most major bus routes. A 30 minute walk to the Carmel market ( there is also a bus that can take you there).
Communication with the owner before and during our stay was excellent.

Receptionist was great on arrival - very friendly and helpful. Complete opposite on departure.
The road was blocked by roadworks so hard to reach with a cab.

Very kind nd helpful stuuf, communicative, ready to help. Easy to find a home and the entrance.
The one thing made me a bit uncomfortable - is the low temperature in apartment. I needed to turn on all the a/c and the heater and i still needed to sleep in hoodie.

The location is great. Well organized and quiet big apartment . The staff was nice and kind
1- Horrible smell came out from the bathroom and toilet. sewerage, I couldn’t use even the water from the kitchen tap. We had to stay 1 night in that horrible condition, only the next day the hotel responded and moved us to another apartment- which was good.
2- the apartment was promoted with a “safe room”, mamad. Unfortunately it was without. The mamad door was replaced to normal thin wood door. The information is not accurate at the website.

The host was really nice to me and my girlfriend, greated us with a warm smile and handed us a snack and a drink upon arrival. They even upgraded our room after i told them it was my girlfriends birthday !
Its a bit complicated to find the place, a man on the street helped us.

Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The location was good, midway between Dizengoff St and the beach. The apartment is very basic but the cost was also cheap compared to other properties available in Tel Aviv. so if you want a basic, clean good value place to stay then this is a good option
The room was only OK - not more. There was a kitchenette that had a few utensils although only one plug-in hob ring, so enough to make a salad or something light but nothing more than that. It was a one bed apartment but it was not very comfortable to hang out in. The sofa was not comfortable and the layout was not great. There is a second newer building next door to the main one and that might be a bit better
