Lovely spacious bedroom and living room. Fantastically clean facilities and very warm - had to open the windows even in late November. Got to see Northern lights by just talking a few steps away from the guesthouse. Views over the lava fields is unbelievable.
The waffles were a great touch.
Just be aware that it is in the middle of nowhere and 4X4 is highly recommended.

Lovely apartment for a family of three to travel between the Golden Circle and the glacier national park. The kitchen is very well equipped and the place is nicely decorated. It is very quiet and peaceful there. Also, we are really surprised with the underfloor heating which keeps us very warm the whole time.
It is very far from the main road and the path to the accommodation isn't well paved. They could have illuminated the hotel sign at the turning for safety measures, as it's incredibly tricky to spot it in the darkness when everyone is driving so quickly on the main road. Also could have provided more basic items like toilet rolls and hand wash.

The house is really clean, nice and tidy. We enjoyed the waffles, coffee and tea that host provided. The place is really warm (we need it as we went to Iceland in Nov).
Nope. The only thing is that double room was taken. We only can choose 2 single beds.

The apartment is really cozy and clean and, even if the breakfast was not included, the host welcomed us with some waffles.
The group of apartments of Dalshofdi is isolated and it takes slightly more than 5 minutes on gravel road to get there, but it makes it the best place to spot the Northern lights.
We loved this place!

Spacious, newly refurbished, very clean, nicely located off the ring road, small river and waterfall nearby which we unfortunately werent able to explore. Not to forget the fresh waffles that awaited us!
Location convient- after a day visiting the south coast and close to Skaftafell and Jkulsrln.

Very clean, perfect location, nice room and clean kitchen.
Quite pricy for "hostel" type accommodation; It was the most expensive accommodation in the same category in all of Iceland.
