Location was excellent. Very clean and comfortable apartment.
Temperature of room was cold however managed to increase that ourselves.
The lift was not working when we left so had to carry heavy suitcases down 2 flight of stairs.

The apartment was nice with a kitchen, small but comfortable for two people.
1. Check-in issues- Same apartment was alloted to two guests. We had to call the customer care at 2:30 in the night to sought it out.
2. Housekeeping was not done regularly, even after complaining only the trash was cleaned, the bed was not made, bathroom was not cleaned. The microwave dish was also missing which was not replaced during our 8 days stay.
3. Noise from the street- although the location is good with shops and restaurants along the street. Its was noisy in the night with drunk people creating nuisance all night on the streets. Since our apartment was on the 1st floor it was very difficult to sleep all night with the noise.

Communication, location and value were exceptional. Very responsive and easily accessible. It is located with proximity to good eating, shopping and site seeing places in the city.
The size of the room is a bit small. And the street noise is a bit loud.

It is a beautiful hotel located right in the city centre. When we arrived we were supposed to check in at 3 but the cleaning ladies allowed us to check in at 12 and helped us into the flat miles ahead of time. So helpful!
The hotel is just beautiful - the style of the rooms, the bathroom. I am really pleased I found it!
Maybe a bit too hot at times. We were here in November and I think the insulation is so good that we never even switched the heaters. So we kept one window open all the time which is quite small though - the part that you open that is.

The room was a good size with everything you need.
Our room was on the first floor, overlooking the main street. The windows were single glazed, meaning the noise from the people or garbage collectors etc often woke us up.

This is an excellent hotel/apartment in a great central location. Everything was an easy walk and tour pick up stops close by. Bit of a hike from main bus terminal with luggage but you can purchase drop off tickets at the station.
Nice little kitchen and great powerful shower and the owner was very responsive to issues
Couple improvement ppints for us, could do with extra pillows and the room we were given had a sofa bed for the third person which was so uncomfortable, really needed a topper to make it tolerable. Few coat hooks would be good too.
As this hotel is central, if you have a room overlooking the street there is a lot of late night noise. Would suggest that if you don't like noise, ask for a rear facing room.

Very good location in the city. Modern key system.Well equipped kitchen.
Reminds more of an Airbnb than a hotel. No lamps on the beds. No maisonette as described, it's just one floor. The shower was leaking. Wash basin was not clean. The hair dryer was broken.

Beautiful little flat right in the heart of Reykjavik. It was cosy and comfy and had everything we needed for our stay and just across the road from a fantastic bakery with good coffee. We loved it
The noise from late night early morning party goers can be a little intrusive but the hotel is on the main shopping/ entertainment district so its to be expected.
