We were amazed at the location of the property! It's right by the harbor and right by all of the sites! It's minutes away from the restaurants and shopping! Taxi's were ordered by calling the front desk and they were there when we needed them! Most people spoke English so it was extremely easy to converse. The apartment was extremely clean and bright!
The Black Pearl exceded my expectations! I can't think of a thing that I would ask them to improve. It rained while we were there, but that's beyond their control!!!

High tech apartment close to the center of the city. Well stocked - they even provided milk in the fridge. Super helpful and friendly staff.
Close to the port so very windy outside. Had some challenges changing tv channels.

We've stayed at The Black Pearl now a number of times over the last 10 years. Each time has been absolutely fantastic and I recommend it regularly to people who are planning visits to Reykjavik. The staff and fantastic, the apartments are big, well equipped and extremely comfortable. The location is a good as you could want being right by the harbour and the city centre shops and restaurants are all around you. There is also a fantastic bagel and donut shop next door called Deig that is perfect for breakfast.
Nothing, would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The hotel is in an exceptional location, in the center and very close to all the attractions. The room is elegantly and tastefully furnished. The internal parking is very convenient and the provision of a remote control allows you to enter and exit very easily at any time. The hotel staff are just amazing! He met our requests quickly and efficiently. Simply fantastic!!!

Location was great, close to a variety of restaurants and the harbor. The apartment was nice and spacious, plenty of room for our family of 5.
It was a little noisy in the main bedroom, we could hear a lot of wind and sounds from the street below. The apartment was a bit on the expensive side and parking was an extra fee. The garage was a tight squeeze and somewhat difficult to get into.
