The friendliest staff! Especially Bora? I think her name was - she made me feel super welcome and gave some great tips on things to see.
Location is perfect for exploring Reykjavik and I couldnt fault the hotel at all. Delicious breakfast too!

It is a nice cosy Hotel with great staff. Location was quite good, almost everything was just walk distance. Breakfast was good.
I cannot complain, it was everything good.

Great hotel in central location. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room clean and bathroom good size with good shower. Excellent breakfast and served early.

Great location, very friendly staff, good breakfast assortment
The layout of the room is awful. I hit my head on the beans multiple times and the bathroom is so poorly sealed I could hear everything my partner was going in there. Plus there was no space to put my toiletries/ makeup and I couldnt even get close to a mirror in the bathroom so going my makeup was very difficult. Also the sheets had some hair on them.
