Wonderful
Size of the room & staff service standards - always smiling, helpful and patient. Hotel was next to tour bus & flybus pick up, so convenient. Just a short walk & many restaurants available for meals.
We had to ask for a 3rd set of towels twice as there are 3 of us but housekeeping only gave us 2 set of towels. Reception solved issue quickly.

Excellent panoramic views from tower room, conveniently located next tour pick up point at bus top 12.
TV channels not available. Only one reception staff was able to reset channel and then lost all the channels for the duration of the stay..
