Excellent position, comfortable room and very kind staff. It is also of great help the possibility to leave the baggage in a dedicated room after checkout.
The only thing that could be improved is the communication, at the time of booking, of the check-in hours in presence and of the fact that there is an authomated check-in procedure for check-in outside this time frame. The procedure was very easy for me, however there may be elderly people not so comfortable with it so it would be better to be very clear about it in advance.

The guest house is exactly in the center. The room was clean and cozy. And by luck I was upgraded to a bigger room. And view was also nice. Staff were friendly.

Comfy, quiet, warm room with kitchen facilities a step outside my door. Showers & toilets very clean & I rarely saw or heard anyone else. Excellent central location close to everything. Loved it.
Nothing. But I suspect a room right next to a kitchen area could be quite noisy during the busier times of the year.
