All of the staff were wonderful, David, Sabine, Chogar to name a few. But everyone was pleasant and very helpful. Cant wait to go back

The waiting area, next to the restaurant and bar.
The larger, private separate breakfast room.
1) No air fan in washroom/bathroom. No body lotion for guests.
2) Having bar soap and mouth wash would be nice.
3) Construction drilling before 8 am was a bit annoying.

Bed was comfortable. Shower was nice.
Location was more a business park, you dont feel like taking a nice walk in the area. There is no common area to sit, except for the restaurant (is one open space with reception, so feels bit strange) but you have to order drinks, and the doors were fully open all the time so was really cold in the restaurant / reception. Construction works were really loud, we could not relax in the room. Spa was smaller than expected, swimmingpool fits 4 people, not worth the extra price. Pillow (only 1 per person) was too soft.

Bed and small office. Camera in the hotel ! Breakfast : Very expensive about the content and quality. ( 22 euros ! ) Answer of this hotel : You are in Island ! Ok, They saw me 1 time And more ! I waited before take it because they forgot write it in the list. Super to start the morning like that the breakfast ! Smile optional concerning the personnal. But only 2 girls to the reception have been nice. ( Brown hair ) and the best has been girl to Bar ( With glasses ).

The spacious room was perfect for our family of 5, which is hard to find when traveling in Europe. It was very clean, comfortable, and housekeeping providing daily service too. Check in was easy, parking was easy, everything at this hotel was perfect for our trip. The location is literally 5-10 minute drive to anywhere in Reykjavik. Great stay for sure!
I have zero complaints of this hotel.

Bart at reception was so friendly and accommodating, helping us organise spa access and a late checkout. The lobby and the room were clearly recently renovated and had a great modern vibe. The room had a kettle and free coffee and tea which is always appreciated. I also heartily enjoyed the hot tub, heated pool and cold plunge in the spa, which was very modern and dimly lit in the most relaxing way. Despite missing breakfast, the hotel went out of its way to accommodate us with lunch at the spa and I had a delicious burger before checking out. Parking was free and plentiful.
The bathrooms were quite dated compared to the bedroom and there was a bit of a strange smell.
