Close to town, bars, shopping and tours. Comfy bed and pillows. Breakfast was great and happy hour at the bar each night.

The room was comfortable and served its purpose.
The staff isnt the best. They definitely need more training with interacting with customers. When walking up to check in both of the ladies sitting at the desk just stared at us with a blank look. No greeting or mention that they were ready to assist. Housekeeping will also walk right past you without uttering a word, but maybe this is the norm in Iceland. The breakfast is also horrible, if you love bread than great. But dont expect anything else out of it.

Walking distance from the city center. Breakfast was good. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Our room was a bit outdated. The hotel was still under construction, but that wasnt mentioned anywhere.

Good location, nice rooms.
Window wouldnt close and had to sleep with it open all night. I had to put the thermostat up high and wear a jumper. Lots of tour groups stay here and so its very crowded.

The breakfast was good and with choices.
The room was dirty, the sheets seems to have not been changed and with hairs at them. The room was very small and they allocated as the remotest room they had.

The Hotel was a short distance from Town which made it perfect to see Reykjavik. Staff were really friendly and helped with everything. Was able to check in early. Breakfast was good was mostly continental- meats /cheese / fruits / cereal / porridge / bread and a nice coffee machine.
Parking is underground kept car safe.
It's a perfect stay for visiting the capital. Would go back =)
Although we asked for a double bed we still only got 2 single duvets it would have been nicer with 1 big double duvet.
As the parking is underground, the slope it is on can be very scary and slippery (if travelling in winter) it needs to be gritted daily as we got stuck and the garage door shut on us but my partner ran to get help and they assisted straight away.
It seems there is only underfloor heating in iceland which is nice but we was not able to control the temperature so it was a bit colder at times.
