This place looks dilapidated from the outside.. there is nothing to like about a Guesthouse that does not clean the rooms, change the linen or make the beds!!!!
Walking into a room we had booked with used duvets, unmade bed.. unclean room.. I have never had a stye on my eye before.. this is caused by bacterial infection from unclean areas

The location was good, close to the center by walking distance, receiving the keys and instructions for that was okay.
We had reserved a room with PRIVATE bathroom, but for some reason we were in a triple room with shared bathroom - one for several rooms - that is not called a PRIVATE bathroom! The room was dirty, dusty and loud. When we arrived it was very cold, the heat wasn't turned on before hand and it took quite a while for the room to get warm. Not to mention the room is super expensive for the nothing you receive.

The place was clean and tidy. We stayed here the first and last night of our 8 day tour of Iceland. The communal area is nice. Nicer inside than how it looks from the outside.
Seemed to have less equipment the second night we stayed. Only one knife (bread knife).

I liked how close the guesthouse was to everything, such as the church and also the sea, so you have nice views when going to it. The guesthouse itself was really nice too, and I had a great and comfortable stay. You have a communal kitchen that can be used, which made the stay a lot better for me since I was mainly buying food and keeping it in the fridge. The other people who are staying there are really nice too (the staff I don't know, I didn't run into them).
I will say that the shower could be a bit cleaner, but apart from that there was no problems.
