Location is great. Close to shopping, bars, restaurants. The apartment is ok. Sofa/bed. The actual bed is ok. The bedroom is small, no dresser, but there are shelves. The heat is radiators. No a/c. We were there in late May and it was cold and rainy so we turned the radiators down and the room temp was ok. The "kitchen" had dishes, glasses, etc. The bathroom has a walk in shower that was a little complicated for a boomer like me, but my daughter had no issue :)
The apartment was minimal. It was what we expected. We wanted something within walking distance of shopping and this was perfect. On a side note, Iceland is very expensive.

Nice apartment. Clean and cozy.
Hard to find a parking in this down town. Also they charged me 1.000kr more then the bill was. I payed with a credit card the same day I ordered and I checked today that they took more money then they said on bill. I didn't get breakfast or nothing what could let them to do that. So pay attention.

Phenomenal comfort of sleeping. Very friendly and competent staff. Checkout at noon is also a big plus, especially after long and late flight.

Location was great. It is very near to the center of the city. Staff was really helpful and nice. The apartment is big, clean and very comfortable.
There is no lift and I had to carry my luggage up by stairs to the 3/F. Kitchen can afford to cook a small meal but definitely wish to have more equipments.

Appartment was very spacious and kind of clean
1. It is pub or club just around the corner and therefore on Saturday it was very noisy and we all struggled to sleep
2. Floor was not clean under bed in main bedroom
3. No lift, so take luggage to 3rd floor was quite difficult

Wonderful views all around. Loved the underfloor heating. Coffee, tea and towels were provided. Cleaned every other day.
Bed was uncomfortable, bedding was not what I am used to but that is personal preference. My husband slept fine.
