Very friendly, perfect location, helpful staff, lovely family suite very spacious and excellent breakfast!
Just wished they hoovered the room a bit more as lots of trekking and muddy boots some times!

To get into the bathtub you need to climb a ladder & its very slippery. Very dangerous.

Great central location. Nice coffee shop downstairs.
The view onto the courtyard was dirty and messy. A bit unsightly considering the price of the hotel.

Location is superb.Very close to restaurants, bus stops and Harbour. Staff is very helpful .Room was big with big bathroom. I wish it had more light .otherwise comfortable.

Nice big room, including bathroom with nice amenities. Bed was very comfortable. Location was great (we quite enjoyed being so close to the hotdog stand in case we wanted a late night snack). Staff were very helpful.
It was a bit noisy from the crowd outside, being a Saturday night and having a room looking out onto the hotdog stand (but it didnt really bother us - might impact light sleepers though)
