Wonderful
Parking. Comfortable beds, firm pillows and clean but most of all the room was quiet at night and we did not hear our neighbors. Bathroom was clean and had plenty of hot water in the shower. Nice breakfast.
Dark decor. Signage in garage area on where to get into the hotel. Lighting in room could be brighter.

Good for overnight stay.
One of the reasons I booked here was because of "Free private parking is possible on site. Reservation is not possible". When we arrived we were told parking is full and there is not enough parking for all guests - first come, first served.

The location was great - easy walking to all the sights in Reykjavik. The room was comfortable, the staff were friendly, and the breakfast was good. We especially appreciated that all the food was labeled at breakfast with what it was, allergens, etc.

Very good location in the center of Reykjavk. Clean, relatively large room with nice design and good furnishings. Very good breakfast with lots of selection. Very friendly staff at breakfast.
We found the unfriendly welcome at check-in disappointing. When we asked about the parking lot, which, according to the description of the hotel, should be available to us, we were told: The parking spaces are not guaranteed. We should consider the parking lot as a gift if we are lucky enough to get one. If there are no spaces available, we should park on the street and pay for it ourselves. Luckily we were able to get the last parking space in the hotel garage, otherwise our stay in the hotel would have been quite expensive. Room was quite dark. As our windows were on the street side, it was quite noisy so we couldn't sleep with the window open.

The grey/black theme was beautiful.
The spacious garage.
The lift wasn't slow.
The location was quite practical to access & it was near the centre.
Most importantly, it was so quiet (we slept well)
Sometimes, there is smell that probably leaks from the kitchen to our bathroom (& Sometimes eventually to the bedroom)
The male employee at the reception
The cleaner for entering the bedroom (a few times) while we are there.
The fact that there aren't any beans served at the hotel breakfast (or any other cooked vegetable)

Its stylish, beautiful simple scandinavian design. Good breakfast. Very helpful staff. Special thanks to a beautiful lady on a reception, who called a bus transport provider for me, and helped with the hotel pickup service.
I would definitely recommend this hotel. Will stay here again when I travel to Reykjavik again.
