Pleasant hotel with good transport links.
Bus for the Northern Lights and airport shuttle is right outside. Quiet street, less than 10 mins walk to the centre.
Staff were helpful and friendly. Unfortunately one incident with a not so helpful evening staff number but everyone else was great.
Nice breakfast.
If youre looking for somewhere as a base to explore, Storm Hotel is a good choice.
Doors need to be closed with some force so they close properly, we found this woke us during our stay.

A lovely clean and modern hotel. Staff and guests were really friendly. Breakfast was great with plenty to eat. Location great bus stop 12 outside perfect for all your excursions. Short walk to Main Street for shops and restaurants. Would stay again

The hotel is located in a great area, walking distance to many of the places of interest in Reykjavik. The location was ideal for tour pickup, with the bus stop right outside the hotel (nice to be able to wait inside for your tour pick up). The hotel also has an great breakfast buffet. The staff was very helpful as well. Highly recommend!

All was very efficient and expectations were met. For our first visit, earlier in the week, our room was very small and we couldn't get the heating to work (probably due to our own ignorance -- we did not complain). This time, we had a larger room and were much happier.
