We liked the renovated rooms in this vintage building. Room was spotless with a renovated bathroom and strong shower. Unfortunately the small elevator was not working during our 1 night stay.
The owners of the building , I think 5 th generation, are very kind and respectful and in particular a most elegant senior woman with whom we chatted with in several occasions. This was our second time here. We love this place and its location, just around the corner from Trevi, a short walk to the Pantheon and lots of surrounding restaurants. It is at the end of a narrow street so relatively quiet.

Unfortunately the elevator was broken during our stay but nothing the hotel could do but call for repair

The location is absolutely incredible, a short walk away from many attractions. There are a few nice cafes and restaurants on the same street which is great for a quick bite. The room was comfortable and despite being in a busy area, the windows kept out all the noise.

I love this property. it a quaint guest house only steps from the Trevi Fountain.
I have never stayed in a cleaner property.The beds are very comfortable.
the staff is the highlight though. Everyone is so incredibly nice!
we cant wait to return!

Such a tastefully designed original boutique hotel. Comfortable bed, extra large, huge shower, everything was spotless. Host Carlotta was exceptionally helpful. Positioned in an excellent location, so close to everything.

maybe an above-sink shelf in bathroom for toiletries would have helped in a small
bathroom. Also, as a couple over 65, a nonslip shower floor and/or safety bar on wall or warning would have prevented some slipping.

I loved staying at Arpinelli Relais. Located in an old building in the heart of Rome (Trevi fountain is just around the corner!), my room (one of the several the host family offers for their guests) was very spacious, with elegant design, big comfortable bed and bathroom with all the necessary facilities. Outside the room was a very nice public area, where there was a small kitchenette with a coffee machine, tea making facilities and fridge. Wifi was excellent, there is a cute little old-style lift, and hosts and staff are there to help you if you need anything. Although the property does not offer breakfast, it is located on a cute little street, where there are plenty of cafes, pizzerias and other places to eat. Excellent place to stay in magical Rome, I will definitely be back!

The room was super clean! I'm allergic to dust, so I usually have a hard time in hotels. But this hotel was one of the rare hotels that I never had any allergic reaction. Also the atmosphere of the hotel was really classic, I loved it!
Nothing particular. Just keep in mind that the reception is not 24H, so don't check in too early or too late.

Location was perfect. My husband and I walked everywhere and did not need to use the metro/ public transport other than going from and to the airport. Despite the busy location (near Trevi fountain) our room was quiet and peaceful when we wanted to nap/ sleep after a long morning/ evening of exploring. The rooms were very clean and communication was easy and the beds were comfy. Slippers and extra blankets provided in the room. We got a standard double room and still we felt the room was spacious. Very homely.
Nothing we didn't like really. The only minor thing was that the hairdryer was a little slow - so bring your own. I read one "negative" review about the room being noisy but we hadn't experienced that and also to note that if you're going to be staying in a busy area then I guess you'd expect your room to be noisy but as I mentioned above it was peaceful.

couldnt recommend this place enough. the location is amazing - right in the centre of everything and 2 mins from trevi fountain. it's also really beautiful and quaint. staff lovely too, the owner took the time to talk us through where to visit, how to go there and best eats. brilliant place!
