First impression is everything ! Evaristo (the host) was super welcoming and even helped us with arranging a taxi from the airport ! The room was super clean and comfy with all the amenities needed for a family of 3 ! It definitely felt like the place was treated carefully in terms of aesthetics and needs for an enjoyable vacay in Rome ! The metro was just a 3 minutes walk and it took us straight to all the tourist attractions in Rome in just a matter of minutes, therefore the way back was also super straight forward and we did not have to struggle. Totally recommend !

Tt was one of the best accommodations I've stayed at. It's very close to the metro station, we had 20 minutes to the Roma centre. There were a lot of good restaurants and pubs near by. I was very happy because the room had a nice and large balcony. The host it's very warm, when we arrived he offered us a wine :) Also, the breakfast was very good. When we will come back to Rome, this will be the first option for us.

Evaristo is a thoughtful and kind host, who will make sure to provide you a great stay. I stayed in the single accommodation and it was super comfortable and clean. Awesome breakfast too.
Although the location is not really in the center of the city, it is close enough and easy to move around, there is a subway line and bus stop very close to the accommodation (I particularly liked not being in the most touristic areas, but still nearby the subway). I totally recommend Colfelice rooms and hope to come back in the future. Thanks, Evaristo!

Evaristo is kind and very quick to communicate with
We had been in contact with the host for a few days prior to arriving and on arrival he mentioned that the last guest said the AC wasnt working but we could open a window. We had specifically booked this place because it had AC and when we mentioned it he said he would call a technician but didnt know when they would come. Also this is a good 20 minute drive out of the centre though close to the metro.

The host Evaristo is very helpful and accommodating. The BB is very close, 2 mins walk from Metro(15min to city centre Termini) and near to Carrefour and McD in case you need the food. The facilities are well maintained and I was surprised as it exceeded my expectations. The breakfast is semi buffet, Italian way but it is very delicious and sufficient. I would 100 percent recommend this place for your stay in Rome and I would like to return soon too.

We really liked everything, it is a very cozy place, it has everything you need and Evaristo is a very nice person and attentive to all the guest's needs. It is well located with a metro stop less than a minute away, which makes getting around easy and comfortable. Without a doubt, we will repeat again.
There is nothing that we did not liked it. It is perfect!
