The hotel is like a small palazzino located just round the corner of the Vatican and great value for money.. The staff was really helpful with our requests. Super clean and the rooms are really nice and comfortable.

It was clean and suited us because we were a family of 3 travelling and could all stay in the same room. Great location since it's near the Vatican and lots of restaurants nearby. Breakfast was very good.

The location was perfectly suited for a visit to the Vatican. The hotel is gracefully positioned on a pedestrian-friendly street lined with cafes. The staff was gracious and accommodating.

It was central, super clean and very nicely presented. The reception staff were helpful and very polite and the building was a beautiful antique palazzo very near to the Vatican and in walkable distance of all the sights.

Breakfast was excellent. Staff was very accommodating. I have stayed here before and I always return as it helps to make my travels to Rome more special. Please don't change a thing! (unless of course you'd care to lower the rate -- lol)

Bedroom was very clean and comfortable (although lots of mirrors!); staff were all helpful and friendly, and the breakfasts had lots of choice. If we were here in summer we would definitely have used the small patio garden. Location, right by Vatican, is excellent, although buses and metro always involved a longish walk one end or the other. We really enjoyed the local restaurants (Passepartout, Passetto di Borgo and Tonnarello around the corner). Plus tea time treats from the Gelateria just next door and Caffeteria di Borgio.
The room was small with few drawers. The period between Christmas and New Year is peak busy time in Rome. So, the price of 240EUR/206GBP per night (including local taxes and with a Booking.com discount) is more than we usually pay for a small double.
