Location is good. Everything is new. Inside garden is nice
Breakfast is served in the corridor of hotel.
There is a mess to get things to table if you eat out and also in. Very noisy around. Evening and morning car collects bottles and rubbish.
They haven't cleaned the room during the day when we were out and by 4.30pm when we were back there was no service.
I find it overpriced for the service they give.
For the transfer from the station, which is 10 min away they asked the price 4 times higher, then a transfer to the airport

Located just by Piazza del Popolo, the hotel is unassuming from the outside but is beautiful inside, with a lovely bar and courtyard restaurant. There is also a rooftop bar. Room was large, and the bed very comfortable! The staff were especially accommodating, particularly the front desk. Good housekeeping detail as well.
No complaints except turndown was forgotten on the first night, but they made up for it on the second!

Beautiful property, they upgraded our room to the apartment. It made our stay that much more enjoyable. Had breakfast in their courtyard every morning. Would definitely stay here again!

We wanted to stay in this general area and were delighted to find Palazzo Ripetta, but as it is a new hotel we were a bit unsure of how things would go. We are so happy we took the chance. We were beyond pleased with every aspect of our stay and plan to return! Alain and the entire staff were so accommodating and wonderful. The place really felt like home. We were treated incredibly and it was quite special. Cannot recommend this hotel enough!
Nothing! I suppose if I was being picky I would have liked the room service menu to be a true 24 hour menu instead of having limited options after midnight, but everything was great.

One got the feeling that every member of the staff went out of his way to make our stay that more pleasant. From the bell boys, the receptionists, the restaurant staff, all were delightful. Breakfast in the Courtyard is a real treat !!

The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. We loved the check-in process. The rooms were beautiful.
The pillows were a little too firm, but the bed was comfortable overall.
