Light and airy with excellent design Wonderful refuge from sightseeing to come back to a peaceful room with excellent air conditioning. Great attention to detail and lovely extras such as slippers kettle fridge and snacks eg jam tarts and also water Room cleaned and bed made each day. Host very helpful and attentive. Location central though some might say a touch edgy.

We used our pretty spacious and very clean room as a base for exploring Rome on foot. Given the great location close to Roma Termini station, this worked perfectly fine for us, including short trips by train to the beach and to Napoli/Pompeii. Despite the central location, the room was very quiet even to my sensitive ears. Everything I had read in advance in other people's comments about the gentle host turned out to be true -- Vincenzo is indeed very friendly and extraordinarily helpful.
Really nothing to complain about; I'd happily stay there again.

The property is close to everything. Vince is a very nice host. He communicated with me from the time I made the reservation until check-out. The room is comfortable and is cleaned everyday. Aircondition is a bonus most specially on hot days.

Vinci house was perfect for our stay in Rome.
An easy walk from the station with most tourist locations also within walking distance fir us.
Vincenzo was the best hist. He met us on location for check in and gave us so much valuable information. He also made himself available via WhatsApp for anything we needed.
WiFi at Vinci house was excellent
I would highly recommend Vincu house
There is nothing I didn't like about our stay
