This hotel was fantastic. Very spacious, clean and bright room. Hotel was in the perfect location, just a 10 min walk from the train station and the ferries. The Lungomare (waterfront) was just two blocks away. Hotel is on a main commercial street so close to everything you might need. The room was spacious, great A/C, well set up, bright/sunny, great storage, great size full private bathroom inside the room. The hotel setting was nice, had a good elevator, staff at reception all the time, full breakfast daily, nice lobby/lounge areas. Such a comfortable stay and would definitely stay there again.
All the staff were friendly and willing to help with information. Some of the staff could have been better informed about the tourist information for the area.

Front desk personnel very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was extremely good. Room was comfortable and clean.
Breakfast room had small paper napkins in holders that was difficult to take napkin from. Thats about it.

Great location from the main train station and ferries! Perfect to walk to the bus, also, and along the avenue by the sea! The room was good, clean, with an agreable balcony, great beds, good shower ( but there was no handle shower) , bathroom needed some small renovation details ; staff was quite friendly, breakfast was ok ( a great lemon cake), but the fruit was scarse, maybe a fruit salad would be great; overall it is a good place to stay in Salerno, we like it a lot!
We had to go to the ferries early in the morning, so had to take breakfast at 7:00am, the hour it was suposed to open the breakfast! and at 7:15 things were not ready yet, s it was a bit bad organization ( on the 22 May)

Staff helpful and easy check in. Location close to station and city.
Balcony overlooked the street construction site and couldnt see the ocean as shown in pics.
Toilets had sewer smell and shower backed up with water and wouldnt drain.
One tea bag and instant coffee provided in room daily.
Uncomfortable bed.

It was great! Front desk staff a little iffy at times but we did have some really good interaction with others working the desk and breakfast staff
