Smoking in the restaurant. Although it is in the terrace, still the smoke reaches inside the restaurant.

I had a great room. Everything worked well. The internet was fast. I got there about 2am and that was no problem. They had a wonderful breakfast that was available until 11am. It had many, many choices including a manned omelet and pancake station.

Humble and helpful staff during the visit.
Specific timings for the pool for the kids and lots of weddings and events throughout the stay which kept the elevator busy always during the evening time.

I especially liked the superb attitude of the staff and their efforts to go above and beyond in making sure I was taken care of. My panorama room was beyond my expectations and I really enjoyed my stay. I would definitely stay here again.
The gym and swimming pool opening times for men were a little more limited than what I would have liked, and these facilities are completely closed on Friday. Apart from that, everything else was fantastic.

A fantastic hotel with a very friendly staff. I enjoyed my stay very much and would recommend this to anyone planning on staying in Amman. I initially stayed for one night, then extended my stay for another week because of how comfortable I felt.
