Cute boutique hotel. We got a fairly spacious room. The restaurant has a great vibe, and the staff are very friendly. The breakfast buffet is simple but high-quality.
The rooms could use a bit of refreshing. The shower had very low water pressure, which was quite annoying.

The staff are so nice and friendly they provide a really good service and they are very helpful and flexible we felt so good staying there. Also the location is perfect in the middle of Amman it’s so easy to go anywhere
Every thing was perfect the only thing that we expected a better breakfast buffet it was good and tasty but the variety was not so good

The staff were super nice and professional starting from the reception to the house keeping teams. I like the vibes and how the hotel has good taste of a minimalism style
I can feel i can visit it again with my friends to enjoy the bars outside

The hotel’s location was decent, and the rooms were adequate.
The manager or owner, I’m not sure who it is, should not be in the tourism industry. He treats guests in such a terrible manner.

The staff was really courteous. We were greeted with freshly baked cookies and important information about the area e.g. bars, cafes nearby. The hotel has its own really nice bar, and restaurant. We wanted a room upgrade for balcony and the staff managed it (of course we paid the difference).

The receptionist was very nice and welcoming. She provided helpful guidance throughout my stay.
Overall, my stay was lovely and the experience was amazing. However, there were two power outages during my stay, and I was hoping for a small gesture of compensation or even a late check-out, but unfortunately, that didn’t happen. Also, the breakfast could have been better. Aside from these points, everything else was great.

The location is optimal and it has a bistro cafe that is such a vibe to hang out and good food. Staff are helpful, friendly and great breakfast with different options for all palates.
The noise from out of the rooms carries and if you’re a light sleeper it might be an issue.

The location was excellent, the service was great, and the rooms were very comfortable, but most importantly the staff were outstanding. Especially Basil, he was friendly and helpful. He ensured we were assisted at all times. Along with his team, we were truly welcomed and supported. The Canary hotel is truly a beautiful place with beautiful people.
