The staff was great, especially Mr Omar on the front desk, the location is nice in classy area, and nearby many cafes and restaurants.
There is cafes and bakery in the same building.
The hotel is clean, the beds were comfortable but small, the suite had a water boiler, TV with satellite receiver, free water bottles.
The lighting is acceptable.
The hotel is not new, and we had unsolved plumbing problem in the WC.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay. The staff and the hotel manager were exceptionally helpful, supportive, and responsive. Their professionalism and warm hospitality made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. I truly appreciate their dedication to providing excellent service.

The property was clean and convenient for a short stay
Their is someone called Ahmed at the reception who contacted the guest after she checked out to check on her. I don’t know since when the reception team take the guests phone number from the check in document and annoy the guest after they leave the property
This is very unprofessional and ill make sure to put a review for such behavior as this is alarming and not acceptable by all means

Great experience at Capri Hotel Amman! The staff is professional and welcoming, everything is very clean, and the location is excellent. With a few modern touches or renovations, the hotel would be absolutely perfect. I’d be happy to come back—even at a higher rate—if those improvements were made!

The suite is bigger than my apartment back home
The bed is super comfortable
Facilities are decent
The highlight is definitely the european type coffee shop next to hotel with 30% discount for hotel customers
The personnel didn't tell us neither about breakfast nor the 30% discount, we had to figure everything out by ourselves
The suites are surface cleaned, not deeply. Lots of dead bugs near the windows

Rooms are large and very clean.
Highly recommended.
The room was a bit cold and the window leaks when it's raining, not a big issue.

The staff are lovely and the hotel is very clean. I found it comfortable and had everything I needed, plus the location is very good (it might not be close to downtown, but it's a good area in terms of services and safety).
