The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood. The staffs were very helpful, always asking if there was anything we needed when they saw us in the lobby. We really enjoyed the breakfast - good variety and healthy options.

Nice, quiet location. 10-15 minutes walk to the mall and boulevard. Otherwise taxi/uber 5 minutes at very small cost (2-3 JD)

The room was clean and spacious. We had a small problem with the AC but the hotel staff sent us room service within a few minutes and reallocated us to a different room. Exceptional customer service. The breakfast spread was diverse and delicious.

We didnt have high expectations for a 3-star hotel, but our experience felt like 5-star quality. We were pleasantly surprised by the early check-in allowed by the kind receptionist, Mr. Rami, who also provided us with a room with an excellent view (Amman city view). The rooms cleanliness, particularly the spotless bathroom, exceeded our expectations for a 3-star hotel. The breakfast was outstanding, delicious sausages, fresh olive oil, and tasty vegetables. The lady waitress was very helpful and kind, and all staff members were friendly and genuine. Our stay was memorable, and were grateful for the exceptional service. We hope to return if were in Amman, Jordan again.

The hotel is clean from the lobby, duning area, hallway and the room that I chose. The bed and the pillows was very comfortable and clean as well. The staffs are very friendly.

The air conditioning was not functioning, the water faucet in the kitchen was not properly fitted and the fridge kept switching off
