I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and professional. The room was spacious and extremely clean. Everyone was helpful and kind, especially Abu Ahmed from the security department — he was very polite and always ready to assist. I highly recommend this hotel!

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is very clean, well-organized, and the rooms are comfortable. The location is excellent and close to many important places in Amman, which made getting around very easy. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, the hotel is highly recommended and we would definitely stay here again.

The suites are pretty spacious.
The air conditioning (heating) didn’t work while the weather was freezing.
Low quality furniture and especially the bed covers.
