Nice and clean room. The staff was kind and helpful. Good location, in 30 minutes on foot you can reach the restaurant area and the citadel. Free parking in front of the building or in the nearby street.
Our room was on the street side so a little noisy due to the traffic

Exceptional customer service, very knowledgeable staff who can tell you about places to eat, visit and how to get around the city. I have never before experienced such wonderful hospitality. Very kind and friendy staff.
Room was perfect,very comfortable beds and spotless. Very clean. All other guests looked very happy and pleased with the hotel. Breakfast was nice, set you up for the day.
Staff just superb 11/10 - would stay again
Some more local fruits at breakfast would be lovely, but it's not a negative just an idea.

The hotel was perfect in every way - staff was incredibly nice, the room was impeccably clean, everything is new and fresh, the towels get changed every day. The breakfast was lovely, the coffee is great! At breakfast, you can try traditional dishes as well as typical western breakfast (it's a buffet). The staff gives you recommendations on where to go, how to get there, they also arrange airport transfers which I found very helpful.
The location is also good - you can either walk downtown in 18-20 mins or take an Uber for 2-3 EUR, yet you are at a quieter area to sleep :)
No bad experiences - everything was perfect.

The hotel was spotless and the staff were lovely. When we were leaving the hotel owner gave us a lift, he really went out of his way to help us and never did we feel like it was a problem to him.
There was nothing we didn't like.
