The property is very nice and clean. I had a comfortable stay and appreciated how well-maintained everything was. The breakfast is flavorful and beautifully prepared. The hotel staff Mohamed made our stay incredibly nice. Amman downtown is just 2 away. Highly recommended.

I loved the friendly staff. Honestly some of the nicest people I have met in all my trips. I was given a takeaway breakfast box for my trip to Petra as I couldn't make it to the buffet. Another day I couldn't make it to breakfast (7-10am), got there 10.20, and still got super friendly staff making me omelette and pancakes, so I had breakfast along with the hotel's staff. Got free bottles of water both 1l in the room daily and small ones if you ask. I work remotely and had no issues with the internet. My cellphone charger died and the reception staff lend me one spare one during a couple days.
I thought the location was central but turns out it wasn't. It was a 15 min drive to the city's attractions. I walked to the hotel from the Jett bus stations at night and the streets are usually empty and dark, so it was a bit scary walking alone as a woman, but the hotel staff told me it was safe to walk at night. I would take an uber or careem next time. There was no table and chair in my room though for working, but I didn't ask for it either.

The rooms were very clean and well stocked. The hotel has a great location close to downtown for shopping. The breakfast is very healthy and there are many options to choose from.
Ahmed, at the reception was very helpful and kind. I needed to make further reservations and he was so helpful, even gave me some juice and coffee.

We arrived at 2am and were greeted by a friendly member of staff on reception who checked us in quickly and the lift was open and waiting. Room was big with three single beds, tea and coffee and a large bottle of water. Aircon was effective (although it sometimes spat ice out). Breakfast had a decent selection including a pancake and omelette station. When we checked out the man on reception gave us two big bottles of water to save us some money at Petra. Hotel is close to the Abdali JETT office too.
Unfortunately our room faced out onto the front and the road was fairly busy all night with car horns and general traffic which made it difficult to sleep. Extractor fan in the bathroom was also really noisy, not too bad in the day but if you go to the toilet in the night it will wake your roommates!

The hotel exceeded our expectations. The breakfast buffet was great and had many options. Rooms were spacious, wifi worked great, and we had street parking for our car. The best part was the staff - very friendly and they provided many suggestions for sites to see around Jordan.
