Amazing staff, they are trying their best to make our stay comfortable and make sure we are welcomed.
They clean well, the buffet is good, fresh with plenty of choices, toilet are very clean, this was my main concern whenever i m looking for a place to stay.
The staff, very polite and kind.
They are very friendly but in professional manner.
I for sure will stay again. Excellent service.

Lovely clean hotel with spacious rooms. We were two couples, and stayed for one night before continuing our trip through Jordan. What a lovely welcome! The staff at the reception were very friendly and polite. Ayad, was wonderful. We needed to get food delivered as it was late and he helped us without hesitation. The breakfast was nice with a beautiful view. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
They had a mini mart downstairs to buy water etc. and onsite parking was very helpful..

The hotel is very nice and clean and the staff is friendly and ready to answer your questions.
The room was big and very comfortable. It is ideal for a short stay in Amman if you are a couple, like we are.
There is a lot to eat at breakfast, but especially salty food, there wasn't a lot of choice of sweet food (croissants or cakes, for example).
The hotel is quite far from the city centre or from the restaurants, so everynight we had to walk 25/30 minutes to eat something or we had to take the taxi.
Apart from this, our stay there was perfect.

Wonderful
The view from the hotel is amazing, even though it catches roads. Hotel is situated close to the main road, so it's perfect solution for those who rent car. The parking in front of the hotel is always guarded so that it fully secure. The rooms are very big and comfortable. They are really clean. The staff is always cheerful and ready to help. Breakfast is diverse, big and very tasty. Wonderful place, which I strongly recommand

Self driving so easy to find from airport. Underground on site parking. Take Uber into town from there very cheap and quick. Do not drive into town. Easy exit onto dual carriageway for Jerash. Our room was spacious. Friendly reception when we arrived around midnight. Great value.
There is some road noise and you will be woken by the mosques. (Probably anywhere in Amman). Noticed less second night.
Dont let this put you off. This is a good value Jordanian hotel. Im sure the big out of town chains have triple glazing but you could be anywhere

There were 4 of us staying in a 2 bedroom apartment with only 2 towels, 1 teabag, 2 Waters and 2 cups.
