The location is great as it is close to a lot of restaurants and downtown Amman. The staff was friendly and respectful. I was in Amman for medical issues and Rakan was great to work with as I had several changes to my reservations due to health issues.
Some of the room could use better cleaning and the facilities has a no smoking signs but you can smell smoking as some of the guests used to smoke on a regular basis.

I had a great stay here. They upgraded me for no reason, which was very kind. Very clean and comfortable stay. It’s also close to the citadel and many great restaurants and cafes

Wonderful
We booked the apartment with 2 rooms. The space was large and there was a nice kitchette area. Although there was no hair dryer in the room they had one at the desk they provided. They also arranged for a car to take us to the airport for 25JD. Good showers, comfy beds. Located in a cute neighborhood with good restaurants.
The breakfast was minimal.

Location is very close to center (roman theatre, citadel, shopping, amazing restaurants)
Helpful friendly staff, Khaled at reception was exceptionally helpful.
Rooms were good size, comfy beds and clean rooms.

Staying at Sham Alwebdawh Hotel was such a pleasant experience! The team was super friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. My room was tidy, cozy, and had everything I needed. It’s also in a great spot in Amman. I would definitely stay here again!
The breakfast could use a little upgrade to match the hotel’s great service
