Amazing Stay!
The hotel was absolutely wonderful, and the services were excellent. The staff were extremely friendly, especially the reception team—they were very helpful and always smiling. Truly a great experience, and I would definitely come back again. Highly recommended! ??

Internet connection was not good in my room, i had to connect from my cellphone data
Breakfast needs to be improved, more varieties and coffee needs to be always available.
Claims to have iron, coffee machine in the room as per booking.com room details, but they weren’t available in the room.
Rooms need to be checked for readiness before checkin

The receptionist Amr is very kind and helpful, the staff was very good, they gave us baby crib, the room was very clean, comfortable and tidy.
The refrigerator was broken, but it was fine, I didn't ask to replace it, I was only there for 1 night

Rooms are big with refrigerator. Large tour groups stay here, so it is a good value for the money with a variety of amenities, including a fitness room, attached sports bar and large breakfast and meeting area. You don't find a lot of restaurants or facilities that serve alcohol in Jordan - so if you are wanting a beer or a glass of wine, it is a handy place to be.
I like to take my own bags to my room (If I pack it, I feel I should be lugging it around), but the staff are so insistent they will enthusiastically take your bag out of your hand. If you haven't had a chance to stop at an ATM yet to exchange money and have no tip cash on hand - they show their disappointment - It can make you feel uncomfortable.

General experience was bad . You can say it is the worst hotel i have booked in . Far from the city even no near by taxis . Also cold welcoming . No guiding to the hotel facilities . No facilites at all . Bad breakfast and repeated every day
