From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming, they went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay.
The hotel itself is stunning, with stylish decor and a modern, vibrant atmosphere that perfectly captures the energy of Amman. The location couldn’t be better, it’s right in the heart of the city, surrounded by great restaurants, cafés, and many of Amman’s main attractions. It made exploring the city so easy and enjoyable.
Overall, our experience at the W Amman was nothing short of amazing. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Amman, you will be treated with genuine hospitality and enjoy every moment of your stay.

It's our third time, and we love that hotel. The hotel on itself is beautiful and the view from the upper rooms is perfect.
The room was recently cleaned when we arrived, i jnkw the carpet was a little moist and showed it was vacuumed. But the bed sheets had stains on them.
Maybe it was washed and still showed, but still. They shouldn't have used them.

I absolutely loved my stay at W Amman! The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always quick to help, whatever I asked for, they made sure it was taken care of almost immediately. I also had a few personal requests during my stay, and they were all met perfectly and with a smile.
The hotel itself is stunning, with beautiful modern interiors and a lively atmosphere. The location is ideal, just a short walk to The Boulevard, which makes it super convenient for dining, and exploring the city.
The food I ordered from the in-room dining was also delicious, everything was well-prepared and served exactly as I asked.
Overall, my stay was truly a 10/10 experience. The only thing I wish they had was access to more streaming or broadcast services on the TV. Other than that, everything was perfect. I would absolutely recommend W Amman to anyone visiting amazing service, great staff, and a wonderful stay!
