Wonderful
The room was large and comfortable. The breakfast was good. The location was good. One staff member showed us to a very nice restaurant just up the road
We had to wait 2 hours for the taxi the hotel had ordered to pick us up from the airport and only came because we rang the hotel - they'd obviously not ordered it

Lovely authentic Moroccan building . The pool courtyard was beautiful Karma cafe was great especially Mohammed ( I think ) who went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed . Buffet breakfast was good but a limited choice . In a great location with gardens opposite
We were told beforehand that the lift was under renovation but not about the rooftop restaurant and spa being closed - we were looking forward to these .

The room gave view on the street which was nice to see all things happening but my partner had to sleep with earplugs. The bathroom was nice and clean. Staff was kind and helpful.
As we travelled Morocco before this hotel and area is more Western orientated with a continental breakfast and the restaurants in the area are also not really traditional, for that the old center offers better food and experience. The facilities where ok but for that standard need a bite more maintenance e.g. elevator didn't work, the sliding doors need fixing.

Nice and clean, good location. 5 mins walk from train station, 35 mins walk to the old town square.
Sadly when I arrived I was told the elevator wasnt working (room was on the 3rd floor), also the spa was closed for refurbishment as well as the roof top restaurant.

Location was good but room wasn't upto the expectations. I was told it would be facing pool balcony but there wasn't anything like that.
Didn't like the no visitors policy and despite multiple times request for late check out due to late flight time i informed them even at time of booking and throughout my stay but they didn't accommodate. I was solo traveller but they gave me 2 single bed room rather than 1 double bed.

This was our second stay in this hotel. The first time I had some troubleshooting with the hotel about our booking and the payment, but it is in a great location and we decided to give it another chance. Overall the hotel is outdated, but nice and clean. - The breakfast is nice. - It's on the main boulevard and it is really easy to get a taxi to the airport. - there is a restaurant downstairs with good food, also European-style / burgers. Based on our experience with that hotel and the price, we most probably will try another hotel next time we are traveling to/from Marrakech.
- Don't ask reception to arrange a taxi to the airport for you, the price is much higher. (unless your flight is very, very early and you don't want to risk it) - we booked the "Comfort room", which looked nice and specious in the photos, but we received a very small one. Our colleague who booked the same type of room got an identical (small) one too. Normally I wouldn't complain about the size of the room, even tho it looks very different in the photos, but we were traveling in Morocco for a few weeks and all of us arrived with a looot of luggage.

The property was located near the train station and few blocks from the city centre. The room were clean and the breakfast was lovely!
The wifi could not reach our room, as it was at the corner/end of hallway.

Quiet area, near the train station and near the stop of the airport bus that takes you to the airport in just 20 minutes. Relatively good buffet breakfast. Small, cute and quiet are with the pool.
Bottom line: not client-centric approach to business. My experience: some of the staff were friendly some of the staff were not so friendly. In particular, the staff at check-in and check-out were a little harsh. At check-out, I was being charged more than I should, which I indicated. At first the receptionists insisted that the invoice amount was correct, and after a few back-and-forth they finally agreed I was right and that the amount was incorrect. I asked them to redo the invoice and they said they could not do that, stating that I should pay what I consider the correct amount and that the difference would be paid by the other receptionist who had issued the invoice at an earlier date... Finally, they wouldn't let me contact the accountant, nor give me their names in case I later received a complaint that I didn't pay the full amount of the invoice... Definitely not a client-centric approach to business. All this took about 30 minutes of my time and I almost missed my next appointment.

Breakfast was good. We rented two rooms, one was significantly nicer and updated. Location was good as cab rides to the square / airport was less than 10 minutes.
One of the rooms was little outdated, elevators weren't working during our stay.
